MUSCAT : The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested 28 individuals of Asian nationalities who were attempting to enter Oman illegally by sea near the Wilayat of Al Seeb.
According to the ROP, the group was intercepted aboard a boat off Al Seeb beach during an operation carried out by the Police Coast Guard Command.
The police said all 28 individuals were taken into custody, and legal procedures are being completed against them in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Sultanate.
