MUSCAT: Muscat Gas has confirmed that the prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders remain unchanged and continue to be set in accordance with rates approved by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion and other relevant authorities.
In a statement, the company said it has not raised the prices of LPG cylinders, stressing that any claims suggesting otherwise are inaccurate.
The company warned that any individual or business found charging customers above the approved prices would be considered in violation of the regulations. It added that such cases would be referred to the competent authorities for legal action.
