MUSCAT : The programme is being implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and the Authority for Public Services Regulation, under the Employment Governance and Local Value Added Committee’s initiatives for the public services sector in Dhofar.

The recruitment process will be conducted through the Tawteen platform in coordination with the Ministry of Labour. The programme aims to meet the workforce needs of the water, wastewater and electricity sectors by developing trained and qualified Omani professionals in line with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.

The company said the latest batch follows an earlier phase that provided 467 job opportunities with operating companies contracted by Nama Dhofar Services. With the addition of 200 new opportunities, the total number of employment opportunities announced this year has reached 667 as part of phased Omanisation efforts focused on permanent contracts.

The initiative reflects Nama Dhofar Services’ commitment to expanding training and employment opportunities, strengthening cooperation with government entities and supporting the readiness of Omani job seekers to enter the labour market.
