MUSCAT : The ministry said the notice applies to vessels located in the Al Joud area near the coast of the Wilayat of Al Suwaiq and those moored beside the wooden boatyard at Khor Al-Batah in the Wilayat of Sur.
One of the vessels listed in the announcement is SEA LIGHT, which is stranded in the Al Joud area, while other vessels anchored at Khor Al-Batah have also been included in the notice.
The ministry said the 30-day period will begin from the date of publication of the announcement. Owners who fail to remove their vessels within the specified timeframe will face legal procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Omani Maritime Law.
