MUSCAT – The North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command said the driver was travelling at high speed in a reckless manner, violating traffic regulations and endangering other road users.
The police added that the individuals accompanying the driver filmed the incident and shared it on social media platforms.
Legal procedures are currently being completed against those involved, the ROP said.
