MUSCAT: Oman’s Foreign Minister, His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, held a telephone conversation with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, to discuss the latest regional developments and rising military tensions in the Middle East.
During the call, the two ministers reviewed recent developments related to the military escalation between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has heightened concerns over regional security and stability in recent days.
According to the Qatar News Agency (QNA), the discussions focused on the implications of the unfolding situation, efforts to contain tensions, and the importance of maintaining dialogue and diplomacy to prevent further escalation.
