MANAMA : His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Oman’s Foreign Minister, met with His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, on the sidelines of the joint ministerial meeting between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states and the United States in Manama.
The ministers reviewed regional developments and exchanged views on a range of issues affecting the Gulf region and the wider international landscape.


They also discussed bilateral matters within the framework of the Oman-Saudi Coordination Council, which serves as a key platform for advancing cooperation and strategic partnerships between the two countries.
Both sides underscored the depth of the historic ties linking Oman and Saudi Arabia and stressed the importance of continuing joint efforts to promote mutual interests and strengthen Gulf cooperation.
The meeting formed part of ongoing consultations between the two neighbouring countries aimed at enhancing coordination on regional issues and supporting the progress of joint GCC action.
