MUSCAT – The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning said beneficiaries must complete the required procedures within a maximum period of two weeks from the date of the announcement.
Affected property owners are requested to bring the original title deed and survey plan when visiting the department.
The ministry clarified that the concerned beneficiary must attend in person or be represented by an authorized person holding a valid legal power of attorney.
