MUSCAT : According to the Royal Oman Police (ROP), the two individuals distracted store employees by handing over a high-value banknote to purchase items, then requested change for the remaining amount before cancelling the transaction and retrieving the banknote without returning the refunded cash.
The ROP confirmed that legal procedures are currently being completed against the two.
