MUSCAT – The campaign was preceded by several official accounts posting the number ‘1’ on X, sparking curiosity before unveiling a video featuring Omanis at workplaces across different government entities. The clip concludes with the message: “We are all one.”
The initiative was originally launched by the Royal Academy of Management in October last year as the first national programme of its kind in the region aimed at fostering a unified government mindset focused on delivering meaningful impact in public service.
According to the academy, the initiative seeks to reinforce the importance of civil service and strengthen the concept of a single government team working towards shared national goals.
In its inaugural year, the programme brought together 5,000 employees nominated from 19 government entities representing Oman’s State Administrative Apparatus.
