Muscat: The Ministry of Labour has unveiled 600 job opportunities in various private sector establishments across Muscat Governorate, reaffirming its commitment to increasing employment rates and enabling citizens to actively participate in the labour market.
According to the ministry, the vacancies span multiple economic sectors and professional fields, providing job seekers with a broad range of options based on their academic qualifications, skills, and work experience.
The available positions cater to candidates holding bachelor’s degrees, diplomas, and post-diploma qualifications, as well as general diploma holders and individuals with qualifications below the general diploma level. The ministry noted that this diversity reflects its efforts to accommodate different categories of job seekers and ensure wider access to employment opportunities.

The Ministry highlighted that the vacancies have been announced in coordination with private sector institutions as part of initiatives aimed at strengthening public-private sector partnerships in employment. The move is also intended to increase Omanisation rates across economic activities while helping companies meet their demand for qualified national talent capable of driving productivity and growth.
Officials added that the initiative forms part of broader plans to create sustainable employment opportunities for citizens and improve alignment between education and training outcomes and the evolving needs of the labour market.
