MUSCAT : During the meeting, both sides reviewed existing cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and UNICEF across several areas, including support for humanitarian and development initiatives with sustainable impact, as well as Oman’s role in advancing multilateral efforts related to sustainable development and humanitarian action.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Ambassador Omar bin Said Al Kathiri, Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Nations in New York, Her Excellency Sumaira Chowdhury, UNICEF Representative in Oman, and several officials from both sides.
