MUSCAT : The municipality said compliance with approved conditions and regulations set by Dhofar Municipality and the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority is mandatory for all sites without exception, including privately owned, leased, investment, and event locations.
It stressed that no activity may begin preparation or operation without completing the necessary permits and approvals in advance.
It further warned that legal action will be taken against violators, including the closure of unlicensed activities operating during the Khareef season.
