MUSCAT : Oman Foreign Minister His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi and His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly State of Qatar, held a telephone call to discuss regional developments and ongoing coordination efforts between the two countries.

The discussions focused on consultations and the exchange of views regarding current regional issues, as well as efforts aimed at achieving consensus on several key matters.

The two sides also reviewed developments related to negotiations on resuming maritime navigation through the Strait of Hormuz.
