MUSCAT: As part of the activities leading up to the 12th International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2026, a special yoga session was organised onboard Indian Naval Ship Visakhapatnam, berthed at Sultan Qaboos Port.
The early morning yoga session witnessed participation by the ship’s crew and members of the Indian community in Muscat, against the backdrop of the picturesque Jebel Al Hajar.
The event promoted yoga as the harbinger of wellness, fostering wisdom and contributing to world peace.
