MUSCAT : In an awareness message, the municipality said customer compliance is essential to ensuring a safe and comfortable experience in grooming establishments, urging residents to follow basic health and safety guidelines during their visits.
Customers are advised to book appointments in advance, inform staff of any allergies before using products, and maintain calm and orderly behaviour inside barber shops.
