MUSCAT: Financial Services Authority (FSA) said Oman’s national health insurance platform “Dhamani” has processed more than 11.2 million digital transactions and 3.3 million insurance claims since its launch in 2025, reflecting rapid growth in the Sultanate’s digital health insurance sector.
According to figures released by the authority, the platform has facilitated total payments exceeding RO59 million, while total health insurance premiums reached RO119.7 million.
The authority said insurance claims processed through the platform stood at around RO95 million, with approximately 650,000 beneficiaries and more than 32,000 insurance policies registered on the system.

Dhamani currently accounts for 22% of Oman’s health insurance market, the authority added.
