MUSCAT : Oman’s Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has signed an agreement to develop the integrated tourism complex “Rawasi” in the Jabal Bousher heights in Muscat Governorate, with investments estimated at around RO558 million.
The project will span an area of approximately 993,000 square metres and will be implemented over four phases across a 15-year period, according to Oman News Agency (ONA).
The development is expected to include tourism, hospitality and residential components aimed at enhancing Muscat’s tourism infrastructure and attracting both local and foreign investment.
