MUSCAT :An expat of African nationality has been arrested for cheating an Omani citizen for a large sum of money in North Al Batinah Governorate on Monday.
In a statement issued by Royal Oman Police (ROP) said: “North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested an African person on charges of defrauding a citizen and taking a large sum of money from him after promising him to double the money. Legal procedures are completed against him.”
