MUSCAT — Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in Oman on Friday as part of the second leg of his three-country diplomatic tour, carrying messages for both Pakistan and the United States amid ongoing regional tensions.
Araghchi, who earlier concluded what he described as a “very fruitful” visit to Pakistan, said Islamabad had played a constructive role in efforts to restore peace in the region.
Posting on X, he praised Pakistan’s “brotherly efforts to bring back peace to our region,” adding that Iran highly values such diplomatic engagement during a period of heightened uncertainty.
