MUSCAT – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, upon his arrival at the Royal Airport in Muscat on Thursday for a private visit to the Sultanate of Oman, Oman News Agency reported.
The two leaders were welcomed with official honours, including a guard of honour from the Royal Guard of Oman.
Following the reception, a motorcade carrying Sultan Haitham and Sheikh Tamim proceeded to Al Baraka Palace in Al Amerat.
