MUSCAT : The declaration marks an exceptionally early release, following the conclusion of examinations held between February 17 and March 11, 2026.
Across India and international centres, approximately 2,500,000 students received their scores today. Within the Sultanate, the results are a major milestone for over 2,800 students enrolled in 22 Indian schools across various governorates.
The early release this year is part of a strategic shift by the Board to accommodate a second round of board examinations scheduled for May 2026. This fast-tracked evaluation process saw examiners working intensive eight-hour shifts to clear nearly 20 to 25 answer scripts daily, ensuring students have their scorecards ready for upcoming academic decisions.
