MUSCAT – The digital service enables eligible individuals to access a range of benefits, services, and facilities provided across the Sultanate.
According to the outlined process, applicants must first log in to the portal and submit their request electronically. The disability is then assessed and diagnosed by health authorities at the Ministry of Health and rehabilitation entities under the Ministry of Social Development. Once approved, the card can be collected from the Social Development Department in the applicant’s respective wilayat.
In addition to new applications, the platform allows users to renew existing cards, cancel them, or request replacements for lost or damaged cards.
