MUSCAT – Oman’s foreign minister His Excellency Sayyid Badr Al Busaidi said talks held on Thursday in Geneva between U.S. and Iranian negotiators witnessed a “positive and innovative” exchange of ideas, signalling cautious progress in the dialogue process.

In a statement, the minister said the American and Iranian delegations decided to temporarily suspend the sessions for a break, with discussions set to resume later in the day.

He expressed hope that the negotiations would achieve further progress, adding that the dialogue reflected a constructive spirit aimed at advancing mutual understanding.
