MUSCAT – The initiative aims to identify and empower national expertise across various professional fields.
It also seeks to maximise the value of national competencies, particularly retirees from both the public and private sectors, by establishing an integrated database that enables the effective engagement of their expertise in supporting special economic zones, free zones, and industrial cities across the Sultanate.
According to OPAZ, the initiative represents a practical step toward transforming accumulated professional experience into added value. It is designed to enhance performance efficiency in projects and initiatives related to the zones, support ongoing development efforts, and ensure the sustainability of institutional knowledge while strengthening integration between professional generations.

The authority pointed out that the initiative will help maximise the utilisation of national talents and attract specialised competencies in a manner that serves business needs and improves operational efficiency.
As part of the initiative, OPAZ has called on interested professionals to register their profiles by providing their academic and professional information, including qualifications, work experience, and areas of expertise. Registration can be completed through the authority’s official website by filling out the designated form and attaching a copy of the applicant’s CV.
