MUSCAT : According to the Authority, the case arose after consumers in Wilayat Al Suwaiq contracted with the company to supply and install ceramic tiles. The company reportedly received agreed payments but failed to complete the supply procedures and continued to delay delivery, in violation of the contractual terms agreed upon with the customers.
Following legal proceedings, the competent court issued its judgment against the defendants in both cases. The ruling imposed fines totalling RO 400 and ordered the company to refund the affected consumers an amount of RO 1,217. The defendants were also ordered to bear the legal costs.
