MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued a royal decree appointing Nasir bin Sulaiman bin Hamad Al Harthy to the position of ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to a statement carried by state media.
The decree also grants Al Harthy the special rank, underscoring his new diplomatic status within the Sultanate’s foreign service.
