MUSCAT : The fourth edition of the “Together Forward” forum will begin on Sunday, bringing together government representatives and citizens in a national dialogue aimed at strengthening communication, reviewing development progress and shaping future policies in line with Oman Vision 2040.
Organised annually by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in line with the directives of His Majesty the Sultan, the forum seeks to provide a participatory platform for citizens to share opinions, proposals and concerns across a wide range of social and economic issues. It also aims to inform the public about key government policies, programmes and initiatives in a constructive and inclusive environment.
This year’s agenda includes a series of discussion and dialogue sessions focused on national development priorities. On the first day, the forum will review progress made over five years in achieving the indicators and targets of Oman Vision 2040, alongside discussions on the economic and developmental pathways of the eleventh five-year plan.
