DOHA – This took place during the visit of His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Saidi, Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, and his accompanying delegation (currently participating in the Doha Legal Forum) to the Qatar International Court.
During the visit, the court’s jurisdictions and judicial work mechanisms were presented by several judges with extensive regional and international expertise.
The delegation closely observed leading practices in commercial and financial dispute resolution, aligned with the best international standards.
The visit reflects the continuous commitment and emphasis on the importance of exchanging expertise and benefiting from experiences in areas of common interest. Such engagements support the Sultanate of Oman’s efforts to solidify its position as a regional and international hub that attracts financial and investment activities.
