MUSCAT – According to the CPA, the consumer reported discovering a technical defect in the vehicle after completing the purchase. Despite returning to the agency for repairs, the issue was not permanently resolved, prompting the consumer to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Department in Al Dhahirah.
After summoning the agency and reviewing the details of the case, the department facilitated discussions between both parties, resulting in an amicable settlement under which the full value of the vehicle was refunded to the consumer.
