MUSCAT – The agreements establish the rules for remote trading through the exchange platform, enabling brokerage firms accredited with MSX to access these markets under clear registration and accreditation procedures. They also ensure that trading, disclosure, and supervision comply with the host market’s regulations, while maintaining each market’s regulatory independence.
Haitham bin Salem Al Salmi, CEO of MSX, said the move reflects the exchange’s broader strategy to enhance the integration of the Omani market with regional and international trading systems. “Completing the link via the exchange platform is not just an operational step, but part of a strategic vision to strengthen Oman’s capital market, expand investment opportunities, and support sustainable growth, while maintaining the highest governance and compliance standards,” he said.
Abdullah bin Salem Al Nuaimi, CEO of the Tabadul platform, highlighted the platform’s role in connecting markets through an integrated operating model that balances market access with governance and compliance, providing a secure trading environment for brokerage firms and investors.
