MUSCAT – According to the Ministry, Gulf citizens visiting Oman for up to three months are entitled to primary healthcare, emergency services, ambulance support, and critical care requiring hospitalization until the emergency is resolved.
Those holding a valid residency permit along with a property ownership or rental agreement can access the full range of health services provided by government hospitals and health centres if their stay exceeds three months.
The Ministry stressed that the health of Gulf citizens remains a top priority for all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, reflecting a commitment to equality and integrated healthcare across the region.
