MUSCAT: A new central market for fish and port market will open on September 24 in Wilayat Saham, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources has announced on Tuesday.
“All license holders registered in the selling and cutting professions wishing to work in the central fish market or in the port must register their names with the market office in the central market during the period from Tuesday 22 September to Wednesday 23 September. Note that the sites will be distributed according to the capacity and regulatory requirements set,” the Ministry said in a statement.
