MUSCAT – This directive is part of the Ministry’s ongoing commitment to providing a safe, comprehensive, and high-quality tourism experience across the Sultanate.
The Ministry explained that engaging licensed guides is the best way to guarantee service quality and ensure an exceptional visit. Tourists are specifically urged to verify the validity of the tour guide’s license; and that the guide is licensed to provide guidance in the required language.
The Ministry also encourages visitors to report any comments regarding service quality or guide performance. Feedback can be submitted directly through the National Platform for Suggestions, Complaints, and Reports (Tajawob) at https://tajawob.om.
