DUBAI : The tremor was recorded at 4:40 p.m. local time, with its epicenter located approximately 8 kilometers southwest of Dibba.
According to the center’s official report, the quake occurred at a depth of 12 kilometers beneath the surface.
The coordinates of the seismic event were recorded at approximately 24°N latitude and 57.5°E longitude. No immediate reports of damage or casualties have been issued.
