MUSCAT – The arrest followed a period of surveillance, during which the suspect was monitored while driving his vehicle. Upon interception, he was found in possession of large quantities of narcotics, including crystal meth, marijuana, morphine, and psychotropic tablets, which he was allegedly transporting for distribution across multiple locations in the country.
Authorities confirmed that the suspect was working in connection with an international gang involved in smuggling narcotics into Oman.
Legal proceedings are being completed against him.
