MUSCAT – The initiative aims to raise consumer awareness about the importance of drinking water safety, whether bottled or from household and agricultural wells.
The campaign focuses on encouraging the public to adopt healthy practices, particularly the regular testing of water, as a means to reduce health risks associated with contamination.
‘The Story of a Drop’ is being rolled out with broad participation from specialists in food safety and quality departments, local municipalities across the governorates, and private laboratories, all working together to implement and promote the campaign at the grassroots level.
