MUSCAT : The decision was revealed during high-level talks held in Minsk between His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and President Aleksandr Lukashenko. Both leaders welcomed the initiative as a practical move to deepen cooperation.
Speaking during the meeting, His Majesty the Sultan affirmed Oman’s support for the initiative, saying the establishment of diplomatic missions in Muscat and Minsk is a positive development for bilateral engagement.
President Lukashenko emphasised the strategic nature of the decision, calling it a pragmatic move aimed at supporting the growing momentum in trade and economic collaboration.
