Muscat – Coinciding with International Customer Service Week (October 6 – 10), the initiative aligns with the goals of Oman Vision 2040, which emphasizes enhancing the quality of government services and empowering national talent.
It seeks to improve the Authority’s performance on the Beneficiary Satisfaction Index by motivating employees to deliver high-quality service, fostering innovation and initiative in customer interactions, and reinforcing a culture of professional pride. As front-line employees serve as the face and voice of the Authority, their role is essential in shaping public perception and trust.
A key focus of the initiative is to strengthen internal communication tools among staff and promote the exchange of best practices in service delivery, ensuring a distinctive and professional customer experience that reflects the Authority’s commitment to institutional excellence.
