MUSCAT : In the disclosure, the Company emphasised that while fleet optimisation and strategic growth remain integral to its long-term plans, no binding agreements have been signed, nor have any final decisions been made regarding the acquisition of additional vessels – apart from the two new-build LNG carriers previously announced, which are scheduled for delivery in 2026.

“Asyad Shipping continuously evaluates opportunities to enhance its shipping capabilities and meet evolving customer demand, including potential fleet enhancements. Should any material developments arise, the Company will make a formal announcement in accordance with disclosure requirements,” the Company stated.
