MUSCAT – The agreement focuses on exchanging expertise, enhancing academic and professional performance at Salalah Vocational College, and opening new pathways for students and graduates to pursue their educational and professional ambitions. It also seeks to bridge the gap between educational outcomes and labor market needs, while fostering stronger community and industry partnerships.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Ambusaidi, Director General of Vocational Colleges at the Ministry of Labour, and Ahmed bin Suhail Al Yafei, Director General of Human Resources at Carmeuse Majan.
As part of the agreement, the two parties will implement the programme to prepare youth for the Omani Labour market, offering six-month training opportunities for Salalah Vocational College graduates in key specialisations such as electricity and mechanics.
