Bank Muscat’s digital platforms are consistently evolving, resulting in a growing user base that benefits from modern features. Customers can perform numerous transactions through internet banking or the mobile application, including mobile top ups, payment for telecom services, utility bill payments for electricity and water, as well as credit card payments and school fees. Additionally, the bank offers money transfer services, including international transfers via the SWIFT network and fast transfers to countries such as India, the Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Egypt, along with a Zakat calculator service. The Bank Muscat Mobile Payment Service is also extremely popular amongst its customers. Customers can also apply for new cards and opt for them to be delivered through courier or open instant accounts for themselves or their children electronically.
