MUSCAT – The agreement was signed by ‘Oman Lens’ company in collaboration with several other companies.
The satellite, which is scheduled for launch in early 2026, will feature advanced capabilities designed to support various industries. It will be equipped with high-resolution imaging technology, boasting a 50 (panchromatic) resolution with multispectral imaging capabilities in RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and NIR (Near-Infrared).

In addition, the satellite will be equipped with an onboard artificial intelligence platform with a computational capacity of over 400 trillion operations per second, which will enable rapid data processing and analysis directly from orbit.
