KUWAIT – Oman’s delegation was headed by His Excellency Dr. Saleh bin Amer Al Kharousi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Kuwait.
The meeting addressed several key topics related to the Gulf cybersecurity system, including executive action plans, ways to enhance inter-GCC cooperation, and joint initiatives aimed at strengthening digital protection, countering the rise in cyber threats, and developing the region’s digital infrastructure.

A key outcome of the session was the approval of the executive plan for the Gulf Cybersecurity Strategy (2024–2028). The committee also endorsed a framework for international cooperation among GCC countries in the field of cybersecurity.
