Muscat: The visit featured a series of presentations introducing the Qatari delegation to the Oman Business Platform, a cornerstone of the Sultanate’s digital transformation efforts. The platform was highlighted for its role in simplifying procedures, linking services with government entities, and streamlining company establishment and commercial activity monitoring.
The Qatari officials also toured the Invest in Oman Lounge, where they were briefed on its investment promotion role and the services offered to foreign and local investors. In addition, they reviewed the operations of the Investment Services Center, learning about improvements made to enhance the investor journey in Oman.
Officials from Oman emphasized that the visit reflects both sides’ shared vision of deepening trade and industrial ties. Strengthening these partnerships, they said, aligns with the strategic objectives of Oman Vision 2040 and Qatar National Vision 2030, two national blueprints that prioritize economic diversification and regional cooperation.
