Muscat: According to the daily market report, the index rose by 0.45 percent from its last close of 5,014.39 points. The total trading value stood at RO 26.08 million, marking a 15.8 percent increase from the previous session’s RO 22.53 million.
The overall market value also edged up by 0.142 percent, reaching approximately RO 29.89 billion.
Non-Omani investors played a notable role in today’s session, with purchases worth RO 1.61 million, representing 6.17 percent of total trades. Sales from non-Omanis amounted to RO 813,000, or 3.11 percent. This resulted in a net positive foreign investment of RO 798,000, representing 3.06 percent.
