MUSCAT: Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) welcomed H.E. Professor Dr. Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation, on an official visit to explore ways to strengthen cooperation in research, innovation, and capacity development.
The visit covered discussions on supporting innovative research ideas, opportunities for seconding PDO employees to projects under the Ejaad platform and enhancing partnerships with higher education institutions.
PDO also showcased its scholarship programmes and educational initiatives for students within its concession area, as part of its commitment to developing national talent.
