MUSCAT – The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Her Excellency Prof. Dr. Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrooqi, Minister of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation.
The agreement is aimed at localising advanced medical diagnostic technologies and strengthening the innovation and biotechnology ecosystem in the Sultanate of Oman.
It seeks to transfer and build national capacities in the fields of clinical diagnostics by integrating globally recognised and leading German expertise with the technical and manufacturing capabilities of Carbon Technologies Company.
