MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President John Dramani Mahama of the Republic of Ghana, expressing his deepest sympathy and condolences on the death of the Ministers of Defence, Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, and a number of officials in the Ghanaian government, following a military helicopter crash in the Ashanti Region, southern Ghana.
His Majesty the Sultan expressed his deep regret over this painful incident, asking God Almighty to spare this friendly country from the evil of accidents and disasters, and to inspire the families of the victims with patience and solace.
