MUSCAT: The Supreme Committee has announced the reopening of barber shops, restaurants and cafes, beauty parlours, conference rooms in hotels, gyms, camel race venues, laser treatment centres, watersport facilities, wedding rental services and traditional clinics, starting from Wednesday.
